Rent Payment Options 

When paying your rent through Compton & Green there are various options available to you.   These options are outlined below.  If you have any difficulty at any time paying your rent, please do not hesitate to contact your Property Manager.

In order for your rent to be paid on time, we ask that your payment is made two days before your due date to allow for payment clearance.

B-Pay payments are made through your banks internet or phone banking system.  You will need to quote our Biller Code and your Customer Reference in order to make a payment.

Biller Code:                       4481

Customer Reference:     use your DEFT reference number
(including the 000 at the start.  If you are unsure of your DEFT reference number, please contact our office.)

         
  • Internet

Visit www.deft.com.au to make a payment online through the DEFT payment system.

 
  • Telephone

Phone DEFT on 1300 30 10 90 to make a payment using the DEFT system.  Or alternatively, contact your bank directly to make a payment via B-Pay (see B-Pay above) 

 
  • Direct Debit

Register your details online at www.deft.com.au to set up a direct payment so that you don’t have to remember to pay your rent each month – it does it for you! 

 
 

Please note: DEFT does not charge you for using the system unless you make a payment via Credit Card.
